This Quality Standard Checklists (QSC) intends to provide simple guidance on minimum standards for the design and planning of projects that aim to establish Child-Friendly Space (CFS). It helps ensure that relevant considerations are taken during project design, proposal writing, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation. This checklist can also be used in conjunction with other Quality Standard Checklists including the QSC for CFS Implementation and Monitoring, which is intended for use in monitoring the establishment and operation of CFS and the QSC for Cross-Cutting Themes in EiE, which supports the integration of cross-cutting themes into education programmes (both are available on CSN).
